Federation report:       

Nick went to the meeting.  If you plan on fishing Lilly, make sure you send your application early as the first 35 boats to send in their application will be able tolaunce at the Steel Bride launch.

Old Business:

Disabled outing:  We need all members to push for financial sponsors.  Don’t forget that the date has been moved up to June 7th.  We will be receiving $2500 from Larry Scarangella in support of the outing.  The Ridgewood meeting will be coming up soon, please contact Brian if you want to attend. 

Dues must be paid by the April meeting.  We had our first draw of the season for Candlewood tournament.  Steve Feigel was discussed and voted in as a new member.  Nine members took part in our annual road trip to Cabelas in Hamburg, PA. Most of the club received a total of 15% off their purchase.  Kenny from Mastodon sports shop had a table setup at the meeting.  This is the last month to request any motions.  By-Laws, Tournament Rules, and rosters will be updated at the next meeting and available soon.

New Business:

Our $300 deposit for Biaggios had been done for November 11, 2008.  The time for dinner was moved to 7:30-11:30.  Please note that the NY lock fees will be reinstated for 2008.  There will also be new lock schedule.  We presented a gift frame to Richie for his 20 years with the club.  He will be here until June.  We discussed possible location for the kids outing this year, Greenwood and Pompton Lake came up.  Annual club raffle will be finalized soon; the tickets will be printed soon.  Again the top three sellers will be given a discount of $$$ 75/50/20 on next year’s dues.  Kris would like volunteers for his May 10th kids outing at Wooddale Park in Woodcliff Lake.  Good Luck to Stacy at Lake Lewisville!

Tournament Committee:

We had our first draw of the year for our first points tournament of the year at Candelwood.  The classic has been changed to a two lake format, first day on Saratoga and second day on the Mohawk.  Both days will be 8 hours.
